Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), the largest regional air carrier in the country, hired Duffey to help introduce its jet flight service and the ASA brand in several markets.
Duffey’s plan included VIP events and media relations including:
- A series of receptions for travel agents, elected officials, business and civic leaders, policymakers and media outlets;
- Production of a video news release;
- Development of a series of radio call-in-to-win contests.
As a result of Duffey's efforts, jet service traffic generated more than $72 million in new revenue. The total media impressions for all programs were 5.1 million. The return on investment for ASA program equaled nearly 150,000 percent.
